EasyClaw helps you connect a messaging bot and use an AI assistant. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share access in a way that compromises security.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem).
• Your subscription activates after successful payment confirmation.
• Prices, limits, and plans may change; changes apply at renewal unless otherwise stated.

5. Usage Limits

Plans include monthly usage limits shown in your dashboard. If you reach the limit, requests may be paused until the next reset period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Violating laws or others’ rights.
• Attempting to bypass limits, security, or access controls.
• Using the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

7. AI Outputs

AI-generated responses can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs, especially for high-stakes decisions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or if required to protect the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
